Shipping Policy

We try to ship orders within 3 business days of being received. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or phone. All orders are sent uninsured. Sedona Knit Wits is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. Please call or email us for the cost to insure your order. International mail may be subject to customs and other fees.

Return Policy (for online orders)

It is our goal for you to have a wonderful experience ordering from our shop. We will work with you to try to resolve any issues. Please bear in mind we work within some limits. Any returns must be within 60 days of purchase, and yarn must be in the original and unused condition. Receipt must be presented for any exchanges or credits. We do not allow returns of special orders, sale yarns, books, patterns, notions and needles. All returns are for Store Credit only. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

Special Order Policy

Special Order yarns are Final Sale. A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required to place a Special Order. In order for us to Special Order a yarn for you, a minimum of 5 skeins must be purchased. If you are ordering yarn based on what you have seen on a computer screen, please be aware that screen colors and resolution vary with all computers. Please take this into consideration when placing a special order. The yarn is Final Sale.


We do our best to make sure our pictures are as close to the real thing as possible, but given the limitations of computer screens, lighting, dye lots etc., we cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact sample. Some yarn brands have a varying range of color even in the same dye lot, so if it's important to match a color, please contact us to see what we can do.
